Estoppel Information

If you’re requesting an estoppel, please email your requests to estoppel@ltproperties.net  Estoppel fees are $250.00 for up to 10 business day turnaround time and $350.00 for rush service (up to 3 business days). The estoppel fee is to be made payable to Lindsay-Taylor Property Management. The estoppel will not be processed until the request, along with the payment, is received in our office.  Please mail the estoppel fee and the request to Lindsay-Taylor Property Mgmt. 11110 W. Oakland Park Blvd. #407 Sunrise, FL 33351.
